By 2024 the Chinese Mondeo was offered with three different powertrains, two petrol and one petrol electric hybrid, in six trim levels. Inside, the lower end cars had an 8 inch digital gauge cluster with a 13.2 inch touchscreen running SYNC 4, and higher end models a 27 inch 4K touchscreen spanning the dash. It was the sedan counterpart of the Mondeo Sport crossover and shared its platform with a mid size luxury sedan.
