The third generation Sequoia, the 2023 model, went into production on 21 September 2022 and sales began in October 2022. A hybrid 3.4 liter twin turbo V6 marketed as i-Force Max, making 437 horsepower, was standard across the lineup, with a solid rear axle like the first generation. This was the first model year of the Toyota Sequoia (third generation, XK80), 2023 to 2025, which took over from the Toyota Sequoia (second generation, XK60); the 2024 model year follows it. Model year pages for the Toyota Sequoia run from 2001 to 2025.
