2023 Mazda CX-30

In 2023 the CX-30 was in its fifth year on sale and again received the Top Safety Pick Plus award from the IIHS, as it did from 2022 to 2024. It remained a subcompact crossover with front or all wheel drive, built in Hiroshima for global markets, in Mexico for the Americas, in Thailand and in Nanjing for China, positioned between the CX-3 and CX-5 in the range. It was offered in front wheel drive or all wheel drive. Mazda's program manager said the car targets drivers who are single or starting a family, and its chief designer said it would suit families in Europe and Japan.
