The instrument panel of the Equator in 2023 had a pair of 12.3 inch screens for the digital instrument cluster and infotainment system, and wooden accents in the interior, and a rotary gear selector. It was a mid size SUV made by the JMC Ford joint venture in China. It was the largest of the JMC Ford SUV range, sold above the Everest, and Ford offered it only as a six seater. The Equator was a three row SUV that Ford sold in China, built there by the JMC Ford joint venture.
