The facelifted 3 Series was launched in select markets in November 2022 for the 2023 model year. A more expensive variant of the electric i3 called the eDrive40L arrived in February 2023, and M340i xDrive deliveries in India began in January 2023. The facelift cars came in Baseline, M Sport and M Sport Pro trims. The 2023 model year thus began the new look of the G20 in showrooms. In India the long wheelbase 330Li was scheduled to replace the 3 GT.
