The Sport and Touring XT use the FA24F direct injection turbocharged engine with 260 horsepower at 5,600 rpm and 277 pound feet of torque. In terms of safety, there is a new optional facial recognition system which uses cameras to warn the driver if the system detects that they are distracted or fatigued. The 2022 Legacy was the third model year of the seventh generation. The Legacy is a mid-size car built by the Japanese automaker Subaru from 1989 to 2025.
