The fourth generation Sienna, a hybrid only minivan, was released on 27 October 2020 and reached showrooms in November as the 2021 model. In early 2021 it became available in Taiwan and Mexico, and in July 2021 it was launched in China, where GAC Toyota builds it locally. This was the first model year of the Toyota Sienna (fourth generation, XL40), 2021 to 2025, which took over from the Toyota Sienna (third generation, XL30); the 2022 model year follows it. Model year pages for the Toyota Sienna run from 1998 to 2025.
