The Minicab of 2021 was in its seventh year as the eighth generation, the DS17V van and the DS16T truck, rebadged versions of the Suzuki Every and Carry, with the Minicab MiEV, an electric van that was available since December 2011. Around 13,000 examples of the MiEV would be built by the time it was renamed the Minicab EV in December 2023. The Minicab was a rebadged Suzuki Carry or Every. The Minicab MiEV remains in production on the old Minicab platform.
