Two wheel drive returned for 2018, when no two wheel drive had been offered in the early fourth generation, and the new Limited trim made the 2018 F 450 the first factory pickup truck with a price of one hundred thousand dollars. The 2018 Super Duty had a 6.2 litre V8, a 6.8 litre V10 or a 6.7 litre diesel. The Super Duty is a dedicated heavy duty variant of the F Series, sold above the F 150 with Power Stroke diesel engines as an option.
