The 2018 Dodge Journey continued the single generation mid size crossover that was built at Toluca Assembly in Mexico, with the 2.4 liter four cylinder engine producing 173 horsepower and the optional 3.6 liter Pentastar V6. The Journey shared FCA's global D segment platform with the Dodge Avenger and a nearly identical wheelbase to the outgoing short wheelbase Dodge Caravan, and was available in front and all wheel drive.
