For 2018 this generation of the Silverado was officially exported to Australia, where it was converted to right hand drive and to Australian Design Rules by General Motors' Australian subsidiary, Holden Special Vehicles. In 2018 Chevrolet also unveiled the first medium duty Silverado at the NTEA Work Truck Show, with 4500HD, 5500HD and 6500HD chassis cabs. The fourth generation 2019 Silverado was revealed that December.
