The 2015 TLX was Acura's replacement for the TL and the TSX. It was shown as a prototype at the Detroit show in January 2014, revealed in production form at the New York show in April, and put into production in July at the Marysville Auto Plant, with sales in August 2014. The 2.4 litre four-cylinder with a dual-clutch transmission and all-wheel steering was front-drive only, and the 3.5 litre V6 came with front drive or SH-AWD.
