The third generation Stella, LA150 and LA160, was introduced in December 2014. The Stella of 2014 was the last year of the second generation, the rebadged Daihatsu Move of model code LA100, sold in Japan alongside the Subaru Dex and other Toyota and Daihatsu products that Subaru offered after Toyota invested in 2008. The Stella is a five door kei car sold by Subaru starting in June 2006. The second through fourth generations of the Stella have been rebadged Daihatsu Moves, as Subaru has stopped manufacturing kei cars.
