2014 Chevrolet Corvette

Production and delivery of the 2014 Corvette Stingray coupe began in September 2013, and the convertible followed at the end of 2013. It had a carbon fiber hood and roof panel, the Tremec seven speed manual with active rev matching and the LT1 engine, the first of the fifth generation small blocks. A month after the first car, 485 had been delivered, of which 38 percent had the manual. Of these early orders 75 percent included the Z51 Performance Package, and 54 percent also selected the magnetic ride suspension.
