For 2012 Acura introduced a Special Edition TSX commemorating its 25th anniversary, with a more aggressive front spoiler, a rear bumper fascia, side sills, dark gray 17 inch wheels, red stitching, suede-like seat inserts and aluminum pedals, and in Canada a similar A-Spec. The Sport Wagon received a compact tire repair kit in September 2011, freeing a much larger underfloor storage area. AutoPacific rated the TSX the most ideal mid-size luxury car of 2012.
