In January 2011 Toyota revealed the Toyota Auris GT at the Tokyo Auto Salon. The Kanto Auto Works stopped making the Auris and Blade in November 2011, and the Auris Hybrid sold 32,725 units in Europe in 2011, more than twice the previous year's figure. It was the last model year covered for the Toyota Auris (first generation, E150), 2006 to 2011, and the Toyota Auris (second generation, E180) came next, following the 2010 model year. Model year pages for the Toyota Auris run from 2006 to 2018.
