The 2011 Impala carried over the LS, LT and LTZ trims, with a 3.5 liter V6 on the LS and LT and a 3.9 liter V6 on the LTZ only. It was the last model year in which the chrome trim on the trunk lid appeared. The LS and LT could have a 3.5 liter V6 while the LTZ had a 3.9 liter V6, and the car had the same wheels as the 2012 and 2013 Impala. It was the last Impala with the 3.5 and 3.9 liter V6 engines, which were dropped for 2012 in favor of the 3.6 liter LFX.
