2009 Mini Hatch

Automobiles

In July 2009 a new budget version called Mini First was added, fifty years after the launch of the original car, introduced at a base price of 10,950 pounds. The second generation convertible, the R57, was unveiled at the Detroit and Geneva shows as a 2009 model year vehicle, and first available for sale on 28 March 2009. The Mini E field trial car also began in 2009. The convertible joined the hatchback in the second generation range.
