The basic 300 model was renamed LX for 2008, and that remains the code name for the platform. The 300C of 2008 had Chrysler's MyGIG infotainment system, Sirius satellite radio and a backseat television, and the 2008 models for the United Kingdom included the 300C SRT-Design in sedan or Touring body, with 20 inch SRT alloy wheels, a chrome mesh grille and carbon fiber interior details. A Signature Executive Series package was offered on the Touring V6 from this year.
