The 2008 RDX continued with the turbocharged 2.3 litre four-cylinder and SH-AWD. The iPod adapter wired into the glove box that Acura had offered for 2007 was discontinued for the 2008 model year because of hardware incompatibilities, though the 3.5 millimeter auxiliary input remained. XM Satellite Radio and a six-disc changer were part of the sound system, and the Technology Package added navigation and a backup camera.
