The Celsior stayed on sale in Japan until Lexus arrived there in 2006, and in August 2006 it was no longer offered because of the introduction of the Lexus brand. In 2006 the fourth generation LS 460 debuted. It was the last model year covered for the Toyota Celsior (third generation, XF30), 2000 to 2005, following the 2005 model year.
