2006 Dodge Caravan

The 2006 model year brought optional side curtain airbags and a stronger B pillar to the Dodge Caravan, which was tested by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety in its side impact test. The Dodge Caravan and Grand Caravan continued with the 3.3 and 3.8 liter V6 engines and with Stow N Go seating, and the Grand Caravan was the long wheelbase version of the van. Chrysler built the Dodge Caravan at Windsor Assembly, as it did the Chrysler Town and Country.
