In the 2004 model year the MPV received a mild exterior and interior makeover. The second generation MPV of 2004 had dual zone air conditioning as standard on the LX. It was in its sixth year as a front wheel drive minivan with dual sliding doors and a fold and tumble third row seat. It was replaced in 1999 with a front wheel drive version with optional all wheel drive in some markets. The MPV is a minivan manufactured by Mazda, and over one million MPV models have been produced since its introduction.
