The eleventh generation F-150 appeared for 2004, redesigned separately from the heavier F-250 and F-350, with chassis and suspension upgrades and a more angular update of the earlier styling. The two door regular cab was replaced by a 2+2 door regular cab with rear hinged access panels, whose front doors were shared with the SuperCab and SuperCrew. The SVT Lightning and the Lincoln Blackwood were discontinued, the latter replaced by the Mark LT. Mexico sold the line as the Lobo.
