In 2001, late in the second year of production, TRD brought out a second supercharger option, this one for the V8, which raised power into the mid 300 horsepower range. The 3.4 liter V6 with its own supercharger option was also still sold, in a truck that was a full size pickup from a Japanese maker built in America. It was model year 2 of 7 in the Toyota Tundra (first generation, XK30 and XK40), 2000 to 2006, coming after the 2000 model year and before the 2002 model year. Model year pages for the Toyota Tundra run from 2000 to 2026.
