1999 Mercury Mystique

Automobiles

For 1999 the Mystique's suspension was tuned for a softer ride than before. All models were equipped with a slightly larger 15.4 gallon fuel tank and the 2.0 liter four cylinder engine received an additional 5 horsepower. Seats were again altered for additional rear leg room. Production of the Mercury Mystique would end on 23 December 1999, only a few months into the 2000 model year. It was manufactured at Kansas City Assembly in Claycomo, Missouri.
