1998 Ford Puma (1997)

Automobiles

The 1998 Puma was a front engined, front wheel drive, three door coupe with four seats, in the New Edge family of vehicles, available with a 1.4 litre engine, and the 1.7 litre VCT engine used only in the Puma, built at Ford's Niehl plant in Cologne. Rough machined cylinder blocks for the 1.7 litre were shipped from Valencia to Yamaha in Japan for Nikasil coating, then to Cologne where the Puma was assembled.
