The Minica of 1995 was in its third year as the seventh generation, a three or five door kei car with the longer wheelbase of the new generation and 659 cc four cylinder engines. The five valve per cylinder three cylinder engines of the sixth generation had been replaced, and a version of the Minica Toppo with two doors on the passenger side was available. The Toppo continued to use the rear bodywork of the original Minica Toppo.
