A low pressure Bendix 4 ABS was available in 1993. For the 1993 model year the America model of the Plymouth Sundance was replaced by a better equipped base model, and the Highline was also dropped for 1993. The Shadow had the 3.0 liter Mitsubishi V6 added in 1992 and continued as a compact hatchback and convertible built at Sterling Heights, with the Neon coming to replace it. The Shadow was a compact car.
