The Sentia of 1992 was in its second year, a rear wheel drive luxury sedan with the 2.5 liter J5 or the 3.0 liter JE V6 engine, the 3.0 liter making 200 PS after a new variable length intake manifold. It had a solar ventilation system, with amorphous solar cells in the sunroof powering small fans that cooled the cabin, which later appeared on the Eunos 800 and Millenia. The 929 had ABS, cruise control and four wheel steering.
