Stout production for Japan came to a final halt in March 1989, although production for export continued until February 2000. The Stout was cancelled in 1989 without a successor, as Toyota's first full size pickup, the T100, was built mainly for North America. It was model year 6 of 7 in the Toyota Stout (third generation, K110), 1978 to 2000, coming after the 1988 model year and before the 1990 model year. Model year pages for the Toyota Stout run from 1956 to 2000.
