1989 Mazda Scrum

Automobiles

The Scrum went on sale in June 1989 as the successor of the Porter Cab, which Mazda had stopped developing, and from the start it was an OEM version of a Suzuki kei vehicle, the Every for the van and wagon and the Carry for the truck. It came as a van and a truck with a 550 cc engine of 34 PS, or 52 PS with an intercooled turbo, and carried both the Mazda and Autozam badge stickers. The Scrum was an OEM version of the Suzuki Every and Carry from the start.
