In 1985 the trim names changed to L, GL, GLX and Ghia, from the most basic to the top. The Scala wagon took the name Belina that the Corcel wagon used, and the Corcel and the Del Rey, whose rear ends differed, were given a slight facelift. It ran on either petrol or ethanol and was replaced by the Versailles, a Volkswagen Santana based car. The Del Rey was a large family car that Ford built in Brazil, based on the Corcel II and sold under the Belina name as a wagon.
