1983 Mazda B-Series

Automobiles

The 2.2 liter diesel engine was also available for the 1983 and 1984 Ford Ranger, and for the 1985 to 1987 Ford Rangers it was replaced. The B series of 1983 was in its seventh year of the third generation, with the B2000 and B2200 sold in the US and the Proceed in Japan. Through its association with Ford, Mazda produced the B series as the Ford Courier and the Ford Ranger. In Japan the B series was referred to as the Mazda Proceed for much of its production.
