1979 Holden Gemini

Automobiles

The TE series Gemini was introduced in October 1979, at first only as a sedan, and in February 1980 the panel van and station wagon were added to the line up while the coupe was no longer available. In April 1979 the rear brakes of the TD series had been changed to Commodore leading trailing rear drum assemblies, and the SL E was replaced by the SL X in early 1979. The TE Gemini arrived in October 1979 after the TD of 1978, with the SL E replaced by the SL X.
