A longer wheelbase one ton truck, the T121, was added in 1976. The passenger van, the Delica Coach, was discontinued in 1976. The Delica of 1976 was in its ninth year of the first generation, a cab over pickup truck and cargo van with the 1.4 liter engine. The passenger car versions were known as Delica Star Wagon from 1979 until the 1994 introduction of the Delica Space Gear. The Delica was originally based on a cabover van and pickup truck introduced in 1967, also called the Delica.
