The 1975 New Yorkers were largely a carryover from 1974, with a slightly revised grille, and the New Yorker Brougham became the sole trim designation. The St. Regis package, introduced in mid 1974, returned for its first full year, offering fixed formal opera windows, body paint accent stripes and a forward half covered vinyl roof. The independent Imperial make ended this year, which led to the New Yorker taking over its styling the next year.
