The Debonair of 1972 was in its ninth year, a four door executive sedan with the 2.0 liter Saturn 6 engine of 130 PS. The vehicle proved popular enough in the Japanese market to remain in production for 22 years without major appearance modifications. Aside from a very minor export push in the 1960s, the Debonair was mainly sold in Japan. The Debonair was a four door executive sedan introduced by Mitsubishi Motors in 1964 as its flagship in the Japanese market.
