In 1964 the suspension of the Mini was replaced by another Moulton design, the Hydrolastic system, and the Mini Cooper S won the Monte Carlo Rally, as it did again in 1965 and 1967. The Mini Moke, a jeep like buggy, also appeared as a derivative of the Mini in 1964. The Austin Partner name used in Denmark came to an end that year. The Moke was a leisure and military vehicle on the Mini mechanicals that BMC began in 1964.
