Because of poor market reception, and rumors that overloading made the doors jam shut, the unibody integrated pickup trucks were dropped midway through the 1963 model year, and the Styleside beds were again stamped separately. The 1963 trucks kept the turn signals in the grille and the lower, wider cab introduced for 1961, with a two headlight grille. Ford Canada again sold the line as the Mercury M-Series.
