The article used for this page names no change that belongs to 1960 alone. The third generation was in its fourth and final model year in 1960, the last F-Series generation with a panel van, and the line included F-100, F-250 and F-350 pickups in two and four wheel drive. Third generation trucks were built in Argentina from 1959 to 1961, as the F-100 and F-600, and in Brazil from 1962. The Ranger styling package introduced in 1965 was still some years away.
