The Country Sedan was the mid trim station wagon in the Ford range of 1959, a full size wagon with plain sides and up to nine seats. It was sold beside the woodgrain Country Squire and the Ranch Wagon, and it was the best selling wagon of the full size Ford wagon line. It had the longer 118 inch wheelbase of the full size Ford that year. It was the cheaper wagon beside the woodgrain Country Squire and outsold the Squire in every year.
