1957 Chrysler 300 letter series

Automobiles

The 1957 300C shared the all new Forward Look appearance of Chrysler products, with a wide trapezoid shaped front grille that was unique to the 300C, a Vista-Dome windshield, dual headlights and tailfins rising from the doors. The Hemi V8 grew to 392 cubic inches with 375 horsepower, or as a limited edition 390 horsepower version with 18 built, with dual four barrel carburetors. Red, white and blue 300C medallions on the sides, hood, trunk and interior were the first use of that color scheme.
