The Model K's days were numbered in 1936, as the less expensive and more modern Lincoln Zephyr debuted for 1936. Nonetheless the seven passenger Model K limousine was the marque's best selling model despite its price tag of 4,700 dollars. The grille and front fascia were again redesigned, and a revised, raked windshield and pressed steel wheels were now used. The Model K was a luxury car built by the Lincoln Motor Company as the second motor line of the company.
