Series II of the Morris Twelve was announced on Friday 17 May 1935 along with a new Ten Four, with a longer and lower body in which all passengers were seated within the wheelbase. New built in luggage space at the rear was reached by lifting the hinged backrest of the rear seat. Both the new Twelve and the Ten Six appeared in the Morris catalogue for 1935, though the slow selling Ten Six was soon dropped.
