The Eifel was introduced in 1935 as a car manufactured by Ford Germany, and it was derived from the Model C platform of 1934 that the British company built. It came with many different body types, including a two door sedan, a cabrio coach and two and four seat cabriolets. It was named after a mountain range in western Germany, and it made up over half of the Cologne output. The Eifel was a small German Ford based on the British Model C, assembled in Cologne and elsewhere.
