The Nine was launched in July 1926 with two body styles, a fabric bodied saloon called the Monaco at 285 pounds and a fabric four seat tourer for 235 pounds. The saloon could reach 60 miles an hour and give 40 miles per gallon. Very quickly the San Remo, an artillery wheeled basic saloon, and a two seater with a dickey seat and open tourer body were also offered, with steel panelling optional rather than fabric on the four seater.
