The Fourteen was a mid sized Rover family car, in several versions, built from 1924 to 1948. The 14/45 of October 1924 had an unusual engine with spherical combustion chambers, four wheel brakes and a four speed gearbox. The six cylinder Fourteen P1 replaced the interim Pilot 14 in 1933, and an entirely new car was announced on 14 October 1938 with a 1901 cubic centimeter engine. It returned in 1945 and the Rover 75 replaced it at the beginning of 1948. This site gives every generation and every model year its own page, in 3 generations: the 14/45 (1924 to 1928); the P1 (1933 to 1938); the Fourteen of 1938 (1938 to 1948).
