Rover 400 and 45

Automobiles

The Rover 400 Series and its successor the Rover 45 are the small family cars that Rover produced from 1990 to 2005, co developed as part of Rover's collaboration with Honda. The first generation 400 was a saloon version of the second generation Rover 200, based on the Honda Concerto; the second generation, codenamed HH-R, was based on the Honda Domani and was the last collaborative model with Honda; and in 1999 it became the Rover 45, from which the MG ZS was developed. This site gives every generation and every model year its own page, in 3 generations: the R8 (1990 to 1998); the HH-R (1995 to 1999); the Rover 45 (1999 to 2005).
