2016 Vauxhall Astra

Automobiles

The seventh generation Astra was launched at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 2015, a totally new design 200 kilograms lighter than its predecessor, featuring a newly developed one liter three cylinder petrol engine. A special feature is the OnStar system, which allows the driver to call for assistance with an inbuilt dial. It was the Vauxhall counterpart of the Opel Astra K, built by Vauxhall at Ellesmere Port. The seventh generation Astra of 2016 followed the Frankfurt launch in September 2015.
